I think Titi is amazing, she is understanding and kind. She also makes sure you understand the risks and benefits of the medicines and tests before you take them. She is just generally a wonderful person to talk to. Lifestance however feels like it has changed so many times that I am frustrated trying to get on appointments with my psychiatrist sometimes. Or with getting my insurance changed. They say to do everything through the portal and then you end up having to call because the portal didn't put your insurance through for an appt and tried to charge you a bill. I've thankfully resolved the bill, but having to deal with technical errors before telehealth appts is frustrating. So the 5 stars are for Titi. I'd give about 3 to Lifestance.
