Andrea Peake, PMHNP,
About Andrea Peake (She/Her)
Andrea Peake, PMHNP, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Michigan navigate mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management services tailored to each individual’s needs, working collaboratively with patients to support meaningful and lasting progress. Andrea has experience treating a range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression, while also supporting individuals facing additional mental health conditions. Andrea is particularly passionate about helping patients manage ADHD, childhood behavior issues, and school avoidance. She understands the significant impact these challenges can have on academic performance, self-esteem, family relationships, and daily functioning. Through thoughtful assessment and personalized medication management, she partners with patients and families to help improve focus, emotional regulation, behavior, and overall quality of life. Her goal is to empower young people and their caregivers with practical solutions that support success both in and outside of school. In addition to working with children and teens, Andrea cares for adults experiencing concerns such as bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, OCD, grief, sleep disorders, and life transitions. She welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans. Recognizing that every patient’s experience is unique, Andrea emphasizes a respectful, individualized approach that helps patients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout treatment. Outside of her clinical work, Andrea enjoys music, photography, nature, gardening, and spending time with family, friends, and animals. These interests help her maintain a balanced perspective and reinforce the value she places on connection, wellness, and personal growth.
