Her approach to care emphasizes respect, empathy, and a non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. Cindy believes that strong therapeutic relationships and patient education are key components of successful treatment.

She integrates medication management, psychoeducation, and brief supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy to help patients achieve stability and improve functioning in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Cindy also works with many patients who are interested in carefully tapering medications when appropriate, ensuring the process is gradual, safe, and supportive.

Dr.Her has been an incredible doctor for me. She listens well and addresses all concerns. When it came down to medication she had different options and explained all side affects clearly. She responds quickly to messages outside of an appointment when necessary.
