About Nia Kline (She/Her)

Nia Kline, PMHNP, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse with LifeStance Health, she serves patients throughout Minnesota, providing medication management, therapy, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. Nia works collaboratively with patients to understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and create practical strategies that support long-term emotional wellness. Nia is especially skilled in helping individuals managing anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She recognizes that mental health concerns can affect every aspect of daily life, from relationships and school performance to work and overall well-being. Her treatment approach emphasizes understanding the whole person, combining clinical expertise with empathy to help patients develop healthier coping skills, improve functioning, and achieve meaningful progress. She incorporates mindfulness-based techniques and parenting skills education when appropriate and offers additional treatment approaches that support a wide range of mental health needs. Working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, Nia also has experience supporting individuals facing bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use concerns, eating disorders, grief, sleep difficulties, psychosis, postpartum mental health concerns, and other behavioral health conditions. Nia earned her education from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her background in nursing and psychiatric care informs a thoughtful, patient-centered approach that focuses on both symptom relief and overall quality of life. She is committed to delivering culturally responsive care that honors each patient’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Outside of work, Nia enjoys fitness and wellness activities, attending music events and concerts, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places.
