Tamara Runge is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose passion is in providing care and treatment for adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health conditions. Her goal is to help her clients achieve a better quality of life using a combination of both medicinal and holistic treatment approaches, each dependent on her clients’ unique and individual needs. Tamara practices with LifeStance Health in offices in Kirkwood and Clayton, Missouri. She also has the ability to see patients from home via telehealth services. Previously, Tamara has worked at CenterPointe Hospital, Psych Care Consultants, and Advanced Psychiatric Services. Tamara received her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Maryville University and her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

I’ve been seeing this psychiatrist through lifestance for about a year now. It’s the best experience I’ve ever had with a psychiatry office, I feel like my needs are listened too and because of her help I’ve been able to greatly improve my panic disorder symptoms. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Runge, she’s a great asset to the lifestance company.

My first telehealth appointment today with provider Tamara was sincerely a really nice appointment. She listens and gives great advice and she’s ’straight up’ and I love these qualities in a person! She was very thorough and went through all my medication and forwarded them to the pharmacy for refills.
