I contacted LifeStance to get treatment for ADHD. The staff was friendly and got me in to see a practitioner within just a few weeks. The new patient registration process is easy and can be done online through their patient portal. I saw Nurse Practitioner Runge first and then Dr. Hill. Both of them have been wonderful to work with! I feel heard as a patient, and that my comfort and success are their top priority. They are both quick to respond to messages within the patient portal as well. LifeStance offers in-person and virtual appointments and accept many insurance plans. I highly recommend LifeStance to anyone seeking help with mental health!

The doctor I see is great, and why I came here when they moved. Over all it’s been a good experience, a nice looking clean office suite. I have had some issues with the administrative side of things. Examples: there is not always someone at the desk/available to answer the phone during the times when appointments are scheduled which is ok, but a little frustrating. The tablet check-in in the reception area is not optimal and cumbersome and was not working correctly the last time I was there. I’ve had some late cancellation fees that I didn’t agree with.

I recently experienced a crisis situation that required immediate medical attention. I had an appointment scheduled with a psychiatrist from an outside agency, where the psychiatrist cancelled last minute regardless of my apparent need for help. I then reached out to LifeStance, explained the circumstances, and they had an appointment scheduled within two days. The specialist who assisted me was more than helpful and was clearly an expert in the field of mental health. I could not be any more happy with the service that I received. Thanks again…

I feel like Dr Mekurji has helped me in several ways although she is taking me off my Xanax which I'm extremely extremely paranoid about because I get a lot of panic attacks and there is nothing else that I've ever found that work better than those I've been taking them since I was 18 years old so I don't understand why they don't want me to take them anymore. Other than that she's been a great doctor's and I think she understands where I'm kind of going toward in life and would like to continue to make progress.

I’m really glad that I found this place. The person who got me started over the phone was very pleasant. I love my therapist Yancy! I really recommend her! Everything is pretty self explanatory. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the woman at the desk in the waiting area. My sessions are always in the morning. So when I come in I automatically say good morning but she doesn’t do the same. Instead I get a yes. That doesn’t feel very welcoming. Other than that everything is great!

Life Stance is a wonderful place to get mental help when you need it. Tamara Runge and Cathy Looper have been there to help me through my struggles and make my day brighter. I walk away with a better understanding and clarity on how to deal with my issues. I haven’t had so much support and clear direction in years. Through tears I am able to see a rainbow. I would recommend Life Stance to anyone needing mental help and understanding!
