My NP and therapist are awesome! However the way LifeStance manages customer relations is a little frustrating. There isn’t anyone in the office after 5 pm even if you have an appointment. So if I need to talk to my provider I have to send a message through the patient portal which may or may not been seen right away by the provider. When I do call during office hours it goes to a general office not the office my providers are at. It’s confusing and time consuming.

I’ve been overall pleased with Lifestance. I’ve been a patient since 2022. It took a lot of time to get situated with a nurse practitioner that I connected with. I was finally tested/diagnosed for ADHD. Once I was put on meds for it, I realized I’d had ADHD all my life. Explained A LOT of my issues. Be patient and give it TIME. Rome wasn’t built in a day & neither was I!

I’ve been seeing Dr Weiss and for her 5 stars, she listens and take time to investigate about your problem and knows how to make you feel comfortable but for staff 4 stars, always is so hard to get my calls answered and I have to wait a lot on waiting calls.
