Amanda Ritter helps adults navigate mental health challenges with thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care and personalized medication management. Through LifeStance Health, she serves patients throughout Oklahoma, partnering with individuals to develop treatment plans that support emotional wellness, daily functioning, and long-term stability. Amanda works with adults across a wide range of life stages and frequently treats anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, while also providing care for additional mental health conditions. Amanda is particularly dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with complex and persistent mental health concerns that can significantly impact quality of life. She has experience supporting patients living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), PTSD and trauma-related conditions, psychosis and schizophrenia, sleep disorders, and postpartum depression and anxiety. Her approach emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique experiences and goals while providing compassionate, clinically informed care that promotes recovery and resilience. As a psychiatric provider, Amanda recognizes that mental health treatment is most effective when it is collaborative. She works closely with patients to evaluate symptoms, monitor progress, and make thoughtful medication decisions that align with their individual needs. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, she offers support for a variety of other mental health concerns and values creating a safe, respectful environment where patients feel heard and empowered. Amanda is experienced in working with diverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum, first responders, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and military veterans. She understands that personal background, life experiences, and environmental factors can influence mental health and strives to provide care that is both inclusive and individualized. Outside of her professional life, Amanda enjoys reading, spending time in nature, traveling, caring for animals, and making memories with family and friends. These interests help her maintain a balanced perspective and reinforce the importance of overall well-being. Amanda began practicing in 2024 and earned her education from Herzing University and Oklahoma City University.
