Aviance Pankey, PMHNP, helps teens and adults regain stability, clarity, and confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric medication management. Practicing in South Carolina with LifeStance Health, she supports patients navigating mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and attention concerns with a calm, collaborative approach that prioritizes safety, progress, and long-term wellbeing. As a psychiatric prescriber, Aviance provides medication management for teens (ages 15–17) and adults, with a focus on depression and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and PTSD/trauma. She partners closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans, carefully monitoring response and side effects while integrating lifestyle factors that impact mental health.
