About Sadie Lemmon (She/Her)
Sadie Lemmon helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults build greater stability, confidence, and emotional well-being through personalized psychiatric care. As a prescriber with LifeStance Health, she serves patients throughout Utah, providing thoughtful medication management and evidence-based treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns. She works collaboratively with each patient to understand their unique experiences and develop a care plan tailored to their goals, helping them achieve meaningful and lasting improvement. Sadie has extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and depression while also treating a variety of additional mental health conditions. She understands that symptoms can affect every area of life, including school performance, relationships, work, and family functioning. Her care is centered on creating a supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected while receiving clinically sound treatment that addresses both immediate challenges and long-term wellness. She is particularly passionate about working with children, adolescents, and teens experiencing behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges. With a strong interest in psychology and childhood development, Sadie enjoys helping young people and their families navigate concerns such as ADHD, childhood behavior issues, and school avoidance. She values partnering with parents and caregivers to create treatment strategies that support success at home, in school, and in daily life. In addition to medication management and treatment for substance use concerns, Sadie incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and parenting skills support when appropriate. She also offers additional therapeutic approaches and resources to help patients develop practical tools for managing symptoms and improving overall functioning. Sadie earned her education from Weber State University and United States University. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching, participating in sports, and enjoying outdoor activities.
