Carlos Marquez helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills to navigate emotional, cognitive, and health-related challenges while working toward meaningful and lasting change. Through LifeStance Health, he provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for patients across Minnesota. Carlos creates a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to better understand themselves and achieve their personal goals. Carlos specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety, and health psychology concerns related to medical conditions. He understands that mental and physical health are closely connected and works with patients to address the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive factors that can affect overall well-being. His therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, helping patients develop effective coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and strengthen resilience. A particular area of passion for Carlos is helping individuals manage ADHD and anxiety while navigating the challenges that can accompany chronic illness or other medical conditions. He works collaboratively with patients to identify obstacles, build practical tools for success, and improve quality of life. Whether someone is experiencing difficulties with attention, excessive worry, stress related to health concerns, or the psychological impact of a medical diagnosis, Carlos seeks to provide care that is both compassionate and clinically informed . His services include individual therapy as well as psychological and neuropsychological testing. Carlos utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to help patients better understand patterns of thinking and behavior, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward meaningful improvements in their mental health. Carlos completed his education at Yeshiva University, Marymount University, and Baylor University, where he developed a strong foundation in psychological assessment and therapeutic care. He is committed to ongoing professional growth and the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Outside of his clinical work, Carlos enjoys weight lifting, cooking, and cardio training.
