Kristen Bierwirth, LP, Ph.D, Post-Doctoral Fellow in Warwick, Rhode Island

Dr. Kristen P. Bierwirth is a Psychologist practicing since 2002 in New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. She earned her BA in Psychology from Boston College and PhD from Fordham University with specializations in urban and preschool psychology. She has served as an adjunct professor and co-authored articles related to cultural diversity, creativity, cartoon violence and moral development. Dr. Bierwirth’s practice interests include early intervention, school-based services, consultation and parent advocacy. She offers comprehensive evaluations focused on the identification of learning and behavioral problems and provides recommended interventions and coordination with school districts. Outside of work, Dr. Bierwirth enjoys time with her husband and twins, traveling the world, visiting with family and friends, volunteering and being a cheerleader at any of her children’s events.
