I help adults across Illinois regain stability, clarity, and a sense of control over their mental health through thoughtful, evidence-based medication management and compassionate care. I partner with individuals navigating complex psychiatric conditions, creating personalized treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term wellness.

My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, and I also treat co-occurring challenges such as substance use and sleep disturbances. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals transitioning home after a psychiatric hospitalization. I understand how critical this period is, and I work closely with my patients to stabilize medications, reduce the risk of relapse, and rebuild confidence in daily life.

My approach emphasizes safety, structure, and steady progress—helping patients move from crisis toward sustainable recovery. In addition to my core work, I provide medication management for substance use disorders and incorporate tools like mindfulness to support whole-person care.

I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, military veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I began practicing in 2019 after completing my medical training at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science and the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, I enjoy martial arts, which reflect my commitment to discipline, focus, and personal growth.
