Meher Sharma, Psy.D.
Specializes In:
Hi, I’m Meher Sharma, a Post-Doctoral Fellow at LifeStance Health, specializing in psychological and neuropsychological testing for individuals ages 6 to 64 and therapy for individuals ages 18 and above. I’m passionate about helping people gain clarity and confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions.
Whether you’re navigating concerns around attention, memory, learning, mood, or identity, testing can provide valuable insight and a clear path forward. I work with children, adolescents and adults to better understand issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, cognitive changes, memory issues, and other complex diagnostic questions. Each evaluation is tailored to your unique needs and referral, with results that can guide treatment, accommodations, or simply a deeper understanding of yourself.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and affirming—I create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered by the process. I apply an integrative approach based on your needs. I utilize various treatment modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic approach. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore emotions, thoughts, behaviors, learn more about yourself, and learn new coping skills to adapt and make meaningful changes.
Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, and going on long walks (especially when dogs are involved!).
