Dr. Bill Blakey is a Clinical Psychologist who has been licensed in California since 1991 and in Oregon since 1994. Dr. Blakey has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology (APA approved program). He also has Masters Degrees in Theology, Special Education and in School Psychology and he worked as a learning specialist and school psychologist before earning his Ph.D. in clinical psychology. Dr. Blakey is a cognitive behavioral therapist, who sees adults, adolescents, couples and families for a wide range of issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, marital and family problems, ADHD, learning disabilities, grief, adjustment issues anger management and spiritual concerns, including Christian counseling. He also conducts psychological evaluations. Bill has worked as an adjunct faculty member at Azusa-Pacific University and at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. His predoctoral training and internships were at St. John’s Hospital (Kennedy Child Study Center), U.S.C. Medical Center, and Ingleside Hospital. In his spare time he enjoys his family including his remarkably cute grandchildren and he likes to root for his favorite sports teams, although he no longer harbors dreams of playing in the NBA. He has gotten over that almost.
