About Sabra Ann Walter (She/Her)
Sabra Walter, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who has been practicing since 2021. She graduated from Chestnut Hill College with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Couples and Family Therapy.
Sabra believes in utilizing an integrative approach, taking into consideration the unique needs of each person. Drawing from her systemic training, she acknowledges the role of environmental factors (i.e., family history, social experiences, personality, cultural influences, etc.) on mental health and daily functioning. She also incorporates interventions from attachment-based, emotionally-focused, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and strengths-based models. Her main areas of focus include anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, family and relationship issues, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and stress management.
In her spare time, Sabra enjoys spending time with her two dogs, crafting and crocheting, and learning more about her professional interests.
