Amber Champagne, PsyD

Amber Champagne, PsyD (she/her/hers) is a licensed clinical psychologist who primarily conducts neuropsychological assessments. Dr. Champagne’s clinical experience includes the assessment of anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood disorders, specific learning disorders, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders. She has experience working with children (pre-school and school-age), adolescents, and adults. Her therapeutic approaches include client-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and the transtheoretical model of change in addiction recovery. Dr. Champagne earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from William James College. Her major area of concentration was in Children and Families of Adversity and Resilience (CFAR). Dr. Champagne is also a licensed chemical dependency professional in RI with experience treating addiction. She also received certification as a qualified mental health professional (QMHP) while working in emergency services for people with psychotic disorders.
