Gretchen Baldwin is a Psychologist in South Carolina who has been practicing since 2004. Gretchen works with her clients through an integrated approach that draws from Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Brain-Based models. Every client’s story is unique and important, and Gretchen loves working through these stories with each client so they can better understand how they got where they are and how to grow from here. She helps clients work through areas where they are stuck and move toward greater flexibility and increased satisfaction with life. In addition, it’s important to understand that everything we are lives in a body that needs maintenance. Our optimal mental health occurs when we are tending to our whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Gretchen has years of experience working in College Counseling providing therapy to college students and loves working with young adults. Clients can expect a warm and friendly experience with a healthy dose of good humor. Outside of work, Gretchen loves spending time with her family, friends, and dog. She loves to read, watch movies, take naps, and go out to eat. She feels the most refreshed when she’s in the woods on a hike or on the lake in her kayak.
