Lindsay Randall is a licensed psychologist in the state of Washington. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including college counseling centers, private practices, community mental health centers, and youth correctional settings. She graduated from Pacific University with a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. Lindsay approaches therapy through a collaborative, multi-cultural, non-judgmental, and compassionate lens, and she acknowledges that the client is the expert of their own experiences. She works towards creating a warm and supportive environment, where healing and growth can take place. Although she utilizes an integrative, client-centered, and solution-focused approach, she incorporates evidenced-based practices into treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Lindsay was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and she moved to the Northwest for graduate school. She loved the beauty of the area and decided to move here permanently. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog, playing sports, eating tacos, and watching movies.
