My greatest inspiration comes from witnessing the resilience of the human spirit. Even in life’s most difficult moments, people have an incredible capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they rediscover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and build lives filled with purpose and hope.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona with more than 15 years of experience serving individuals, adolescents, adults, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked as a teacher, mentor, empowerment coach, and therapist, helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the effects of chronic stress.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment while developing practical tools for lasting change.

I specialize in trauma recovery and integrate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, somatic interventions, and Polyvagal-informed care, to help clients understand the connection between their brain, body, and emotions. Together, we work to reduce emotional distress, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and restore a greater sense of balance and well-being.

I believe therapy is more than addressing symptoms, it’s about discovering your strengths, healing from the past, and creating the life you want to live. My role is to support and guide you as you move from surviving to thriving with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.
