I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while recognizing and building upon their unique strengths. I believe that meaningful growth begins with feeling heard, supported, and understood, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward positive change.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Southern California (USC) and my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and life transitions, using evidence based approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

I am a strong advocate for mental health awareness and am passionate about helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to prioritize their emotional well being.

As someone with a biracial Filipino and White background, I value cultural diversity and understand the importance of identity, family, and lived experiences in shaping who we are. I approach each client with cultural humility, compassion, and respect for their unique story.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, listening to music, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones. These experiences help me stay grounded and reinforce the values of connection, resilience, and balance that I bring into my work as a therapist.
