About Lily Miller

Lily Miller helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Through LifeStance Health, she serves patients throughout Colorado, providing individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Lily works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, strengthen connections, and develop practical tools for long-term emotional wellness. She supports individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma while helping them build resilience and greater confidence in their daily lives. Lily has a particular passion for helping individuals and families navigate gender identity exploration, eating disorders, and relationship concerns. She recognizes that these experiences often intersect with personal identity, family dynamics, and emotional well-being. Her approach emphasizes creating a supportive, affirming environment where clients can explore challenges openly, feel understood, and move toward meaningful growth and self-acceptance. Working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults, Lily supports diverse populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She utilizes evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and family-centered therapy techniques. She also offers additional therapeutic services, including couples counseling, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Gender-Affirmative Medical Readiness Evaluations, depending on each client’s needs and goals. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, Lily approaches treatment through a relational lens, recognizing the important role that family systems, relationships, and life experiences play in mental health. Her goal is to help clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create lasting positive change in their lives. Outside of her clinical work, Lily enjoys watching and discussing movies, spending time outdoors in the sunshine, and creating memorable experiences around good food. She values connection, creativity, and finding joy in everyday moments, perspectives that also influence her therapeutic approach.
