Holly Kegel, LMHC, NCC is a licensed mental health therapist practicing at LifeStance Health in Florida. Holly brings experience and training to the mental health community by establishing a strength-based safe therapeutic environment for her clients. She has a background in ministry where she volunteered for many years providing support and guidance to children, teens, couples and adults. During her graduate studies, she interned at Change Point in Spokane, Washington working with women in transition. She provided psychotherapy and psychoeducation on life skills, parenting, and self-esteem with self-care. After earning her master’s degree in Agency Counseling from Whitworth University Holly worked as a Designated Mental Health Professional (DMHP) doing crisis work. Throughout her life journey, Holly pursued extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brain spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Holly works with individuals experiencing anxiety; depression often rooted in trauma. Holly also offers life coaching to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Holly believes clients know themselves better than they realize. She enjoys being outdoors, walking, biking, and swimming.
