I highly recommend Sean as a therapist. He offers flexible hours with both online and in-person sessions, which made scheduling very convenient. He helped me gain a lot of clarity and perspective. Sean is very validating, but he also isn’t afraid to challenge you in a thoughtful and constructive way, which I believe is an important quality in a therapist. I definitely recommend him. 👍
