I had an amazing visit ,everything is excellent, timing , receptionist, very neat place, very nice therapist.
I had a hard time finding therapists who I can be comfortable with, and also able to see weekly. Lifestance helped me match with a therapist who has helped me in my sessions. They have even helped me book appointments in advanced knowing the odd schedule that I work, and no session is wasted. Phone service has always been good and prompt. I'm very thankful they have a very attentive team both physically at their locations and virtually.
I had an appointment mix up and I’m not sure but someone called and said I owed $45 for a no show but I never received a link nor did I have the providers info. Then I called and was the 29th caller and left my # for a call back which never happened. My doctor Today was nice.
