Brooke Faer helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults across Florida build practical coping skills, restore emotional balance, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy that blends compassion with evidence-based care for concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Brooke works with children and teens as well as adults and seniors, offering support for school stress, life transitions, and everyday mental health needs in a supportive, structured environment. Brooke is especially passionate about supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults who are navigating significant life transitions, school-related stress, interpersonal struggles, and self-esteem concerns. She also has meaningful experience working with individuals recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital, helping them stabilize, rebuild routines, and continue progress after higher levels of care. Her goal is to create a steady path forward with personalized strategies that promote resilience and long-term wellness Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy, while integrating additional techniques as needed. Brooke serves diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ individuals, first responders, and military/veterans, and tailors care to each person’s background and goals. She also offers support for related concerns such as trauma, grief, and behavioral challenges, among others. Brooke earned her education from the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida and has been practicing since 2021. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling for concerts, and working toward her goal of visiting every U.S. National Park—most recently exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.
