About Kimberly Alden (She/Her)

Kimberly Alden is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who has been practicing since 2021. She has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins. Kimberly is committed to helping individuals, families, and couples of all ages learn how to grow and succeed in life. Her work focuses on empowering her clients to develop autonomy, healthy emotional expression, self-support, as well as healthy coping and communication skills. Kimberly believes in taking a collaborative and integrative approach to helping her clients reach their goals. She is passionate about creating a safe space for her clients to grow and reach their goals at their own pace without judgment.
