I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety and depression, complex trauma responses, obsessive thoughts or behaviors, behavioral or mood disorders, and difficulties within interpersonal relationships. My area of strength is working with children, adolescents, and young adults, particularly those navigating the challenges of major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering space where my clients feel supported and heard, and I value creating a warm and reassuring environment that supports meaningful growth.

My approach is grounded in collaboration and mutual respect— I encourage my clients to take an active role in shaping our work together, knowing that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, adaptable, and centered around their unique goals and needs. I see the therapeutic relationship as a partnership—while I bring clinical tools and expertise to our work, my clients bring lived experience and self-knowledge. Together, we navigate life’s stressors in a way that feels intentional, supportive, and aligned with their values.

I place strong value on helping my clients build self-esteem, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop distress tolerance so they feel confident addressing challenges both within and beyond the therapy space. I deeply value the techniques and process involved in therapy, but above all, I believe the strength of our therapeutic connection and the comfort we build together is what allows authentic progress to happen.
