Rhevelle Mitchell-Parris helps children, teens, and adults across Florida build emotional stability, strengthen relationships, and regain a sense of confidence through compassionate, structured therapy. She provides individual and family therapy tailored to each stage of life, supporting clients in navigating anxiety, ADHD, and depression while developing practical tools for long-term resilience. Her approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based care designed to meet the diverse mental health needs of individuals and families throughout Florida. Rhevelle is especially passionate about working with individuals and families navigating the transition following a recent psychiatric hospital discharge, as well as those facing challenges related to parental custody. She understands how overwhelming these experiences can feel and focuses on helping clients restore stability, rebuild trust, and establish healthy routines. Through a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, she partners with families to promote healing, communication, and a renewed sense of direction during critical life transitions. With extensive experience supporting school-aged youth and young adults, Rhevelle works closely with children, adolescents, and teens experiencing behavioral challenges, emotional distress, and school-related concerns. She also has experience supporting populations including those involved in adoption or foster care, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, while offering additional areas of support. Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and family therapy, while incorporating additional interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. Outside of her clinical work, Rhevelle enjoys being an avid soccer mom and values spending quality time with her family and friends, which reflects her deep commitment to connection and community. Rhevelle Mitchell-Parris is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care to clients across Florida.
