Jordan Warta, MA, LMHC
Specializes In:
Jordan Warta helps children, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Florida build healthier coping skills, improve emotional balance, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. At LifeStance Health, he provides individual therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can openly explore anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Jordan’s approach combines empathy with practical, evidence-based strategies designed to help clients make meaningful progress both in and outside of therapy sessions. Jordan has a strong interest in supporting individuals who are transitioning back into everyday life after a recent psychiatric hospitalization. He understands that returning home, school, work, or relationships after a mental health crisis can feel overwhelming, and he works closely with clients to create stability, strengthen coping skills, and rebuild a sense of direction. He values creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel respected, understood, and encouraged throughout the healing process. His clinical work frequently includes helping clients manage anxiety disorders, depression, and childhood behavioral concerns while also supporting individuals facing life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship stress. Jordan uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. He also offers support for children and teens experiencing school avoidance, emotional outbursts, or social difficulties. In addition to these specialties, he works with a broad range of mental health concerns and diverse client needs. Jordan has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and children involved in adoption or foster care systems. He believes therapy works best when it is personalized, collaborative, and focused on realistic goals that fit each client’s life and strengths. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ave Maria University. Since beginning his clinical practice in 2019, Jordan has remained committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate mental health care for clients across multiple stages of life. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys video games, working out, and spending quality time with his fiancé. He serves clients throughout Florida through LifeStance Health.
