There is nothing I enjoy more than to see the transformation that can take place during the therapy process. It is inspiring to witness peoples ability to change their perspective about themselves and about their individual problems. My goal is to provide a safe environment for people to learn and grow into people they choose and my role is to guide them in the process.

I specialize in working with persons who have experienced trauma and primarily use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy to heal past wounds. EMDR?s mission is to create global healing, health and hope. EMDR therapy has been recognized in research studies as being effective in many areas, yet is particularly effective for persons who have witnessed or experienced traumatic events. It is common for people who have experienced trauma to develop negative self beliefs and operate from a negative viewpoint. Negative self beliefs can lead to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and unhealthy relationships.

I believe the present can be positively impacted by healing the past, which is my primary focus. I would love to opportunity to walk along with you in your healing journey.
