Brian Beck, Therapist

Brian Beck, MSW, LCSW

Brian Beck, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, helps adults and seniors across Georgia navigate life’s challenges with resilience, understanding, and evidence-based care. He provides individual therapy focused on helping clients manage symptoms, build coping skills, and foster meaningful change in their daily lives. With a calm and collaborative approach, Brian supports individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, empowering them to regain a sense of stability and control. Brian specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-based interventions, using these approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. He frequently works with individuals managing ADHD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, as well as those coping with medical or health-related psychological stress. Brian’s goal is to create a safe and structured space where clients can explore their challenges openly and develop practical strategies to move forward. He is particularly passionate about working with individuals who have been recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals or are participating in court-ordered treatment. Brian understands the complex emotions and obstacles that come with major life transitions or mandated care, and he provides judgment-free support to help clients build confidence, self-awareness, and long-term stability. In addition to his clinical work, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors when the weather allows, and when it doesn’t, he can often be found watching anime, reading a Brandon Sanderson novel, or playing video games. He also stays active by going to the gym several times a week and playing soccer every Sunday—activities that help him maintain balance and perspective, both personally and professionally. Brian is committed to helping clients throughout Georgia strengthen their mental health and achieve lasting wellness in a supportive, compassionate environment.
