My therapist, Alexandra Moses, has been extremely helpful and supportive as I am attempting to navigate through some long standing difficult familial dynamics as well as my interpersonal relationships with my mom and my four daughters. I enjoy and look forward to each session. I very much appreciate her guidance and positive encouragement. I have been learning to set BOUNDARIES...And I feel so much better after a couple short months in therapy and I am beyond grateful to Alexandra!!

This place has been solid for adhd management for quite some time. They’re thorough and compassionate. They will work with you to find what works best for your life. Splitting visits between in-office and telehealth is super convenient. I’ve recently moved to a new provider after my previous left the practice and it was pretty painless. No gaps in treatment or anything like that. I typically recommend LifeStance to people if asked about treatment options in the Savannah area.

Lifestance seems to care about their patients, through asking the right questions, then listening & hearing their patients comments. For instance, they had a very redundant appointment confirmation system, where they both emailed & texted me multiple times. After my first time registering a negative comment regarding that system, they changed to an automated phone call asking patients to simply select the #1 to confirm the appointment. Well done, Lifestance!

I am extremely happy and satisfied.Starting with a new place or doctor can be very overwhelming.I can honestly say from checkin to meeting my new NP,I have never felt so comfortable,at ease and mostly not feeling like I was being judged.I called my husband when I left and told him,I had never had such a good experience and feeling of what was being done for me. Today was my first visit with Dr. Athena Sotus-Nawar. She was wonderful!!! I felt very comfortable, and she was very knowledgeable. Turns out I was on some meds that I did not need. I would recommend her too anyone. She is very down to earth. I was also pleased with Rose at the front counter. She was very friendly and helpful. Great experience today!!!!
