Ashley Wooley, LMFT, believes in the importance of healthy relationships and strives to empower others so that they may gain the self-awareness and the self-acceptance needed to reach their personal goals. Ashley earned a BA in Psychology from University of Iowa and an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northern Illinois University. She has extensive experience working with couples and families as well as with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. Her approach includes cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and person-centered techniques, but treatment is tailored to each individual’s specific needs. Ashley is warm and energetic, and her strengths as a therapist include creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
