Deborah Spenner, LCSW, helps clients recognize they have the power to take ownership in navigating their stories. Deborah earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology from University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master’s of Social Work from University of Maryland at Baltimore. Deborah helps children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, behavioral issues, mood disorders, grief/loss, trauma, and more. Additionally, Deborah has experience as a school social worker, and is knowledgeable regarding the special education process. In therapy, Deborah embraces the strengths-based perspective, utilizing techniques rooted in cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies.
