See what our patients are saying about Samantha Lugo

After 12 years with my previous counselor, I decided it was probably time to move to someone with a fresh perspective after my anxiety was the worst it ever was. I was a little intimidated by having to “start over” and re-tell some of my past, but after meeting and working with Sammie for the past few months I can sincerely say she has made a huge difference in my life by giving me lots of coping tools and “homework” that gets to the root of the issues and helps me stay on track. I drive over 40 minutes to meet with Sammie and it is WELL worth the drive. She’s very gentle and insightful but also gives you that tough love approach when you’re off your game which is something I really need and appreciate. Absolutely recommend!!

Samantha was great! I read through some of the bios and picked her because we have similar approaches to life. She listened, she laughed with me, and she was compassionate. I look forward to working with her more.
