My office is a safe space to explore any number of private topics you may want to discuss such as wellness, depression, anxiety, trauma, or other areas of concern. We will meet to discuss these important issues and work collaboratively to help you reach your goals. My therapy approach depends on the particular needs of my client. Since we are all made up of mind, body, and spirit I use a holistic approach. I follow a humanistic person-centered style of counseling and utilize methods from different therapy approaches with the understanding that each person has distinctive needs.
