Brendan Crotty, LSW, is committed to supporting clients as they work through life’s challenges using a collaborative, individualized approach. He begins by meeting clients where they are and partnering with them to identify meaningful ways they’d like to grow and improve. Brendan helps clients set clear, achievable goals and track their progress over time. Drawing from a range of evidence-based methods, including CBT and DBT, he equips clients with practical skills they can apply in their everyday lives.

Brendan works with individuals across the lifespan and adapts his approach to meet each client’s unique needs. When working with children and teens, he incorporates elements of play to build connection and create a therapy experience that feels engaging and rewarding.

He has particular experience supporting individuals coping with grief, emphasizing collaboration and empowering clients to become experts in their own experiences. Through a compassionate lens and evidence-based practices, Brendan helps foster resilience, healing, and personal growth.

In addition to his clinical work, Brendan prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, affirming environment for LGBTQ+ clients, as well as men and women from diverse backgrounds. He is dedicated to providing culturally competent care, so all clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

Outside of his professional life, Brendan enjoys reading, writing, watching movies, and playing a variety of games. He also appreciates scenic walks as a way to relax and connect with nature.
