Overall I like using lifestance. It’s convenient to use the platform for visits. It just depends on the Dr you get. Some are very helpful and care, others seem overwhelmed or don’t want to deal with some of the medicine shortages and hassles that come with it. So you end up switching until you find someone who is more accommodating.
