I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are trying to find their footing during difficult or uncertain times. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, I aim to offer a steady, supportive space where you can sort things through and feel genuinely heard.

A lot of the people I see are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or big life changes. My approach is practical and down-to-earth—I like to focus on helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while also finding small, realistic ways to feel better and regain a sense of control.

I spend a good part of my work supporting people during especially complicated moments, including after a psychiatric hospitalization or while dealing with legal or court-related situations. These can feel heavy and sometimes discouraging, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. I help you stay grounded, focused, and moving forward in a way that feels manageable.

I’ve worked with people from many different walks of life, including individuals on the autism spectrum, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I care a lot about meeting you as you are and creating a relationship where you feel respected and understood.

Outside of work, I enjoy slowing down with a good mystery novel, spending time at home with my family and pets, and trying new foods from different cultures—simple things that help me recharge and stay connected.
