About Billie Wilder (She/Her)

Billie Wilder helps adults across Kentucky navigate emotional challenges with clarity, resilience, and purpose through compassionate, individualized mental health care at LifeStance Health. She provides individual therapy for adults, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting change. Billie works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also supporting those facing life transitions and identity-related concerns.

Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques. Billie integrates a trauma-informed and solution-focused perspective, helping clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and move toward goals aligned with their values. She has experience supporting diverse populations, including first responders, military members, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community, and she strives to create an affirming, respectful therapeutic space. In addition to her core specialties, she offers support for a wide range of mental health concerns.

Billie is particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, and depression. She is dedicated to helping clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self, empowering them to move forward with confidence and stability.

Outside of her clinical work, Billie enjoys expressing creativity through cooking and writing, as well as creating meaningful experiences that foster connection. She values personal growth, self-awareness, and authentic relationships, and she enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives.
