i don’t usually leave reviews BUT…. i’ve been seeing miss Kelly McIntyre for almost a year now, and i genuinely recommend her to anyone who has struggled to find answers for their symptoms, or hasn’t had much luck finding a diagnosis or treatment plan that actually feels right for them. before seeing Kelly, i had gone through many psychiatrists and received several different diagnoses without ever feeling like i was getting to the root of what i was ACTUALLY experiencing. Kelly took the time to find me a specialist for the evaluations i needed, and was willing to look deeper when no one else had really taken those concerns seriously my experience with Kelly has really shown me the difference between having a doctor who tells you what they think is wrong VS having one who is willing to hear you, look deeper, and work WITH you to figure it out. she was the first psychiatrist who made me feel like i was being understood rather than simply diagnosed, and that has meant so much to me. i’m sharing this because i know how frustrating and discouraging it can be to feel like you’ve tried everything and still don’t have answers. i genuinely wish i had found someone like her sooner, and if sharing my experience helps even one person find the kind of care they’ve been looking for, then i feel like it’s worth sharing :)

I have been with Lifestance for a while now and I absolutely love them. They truly care about your mental health and general well being. They truly treat the person and not just a patient! They truly listen to me and have worked with me to find the best cocktail of medicines that work for me and have taught me many different coping mechanisms to help me through the many problems or issues I face and for my many diagnosis. I believe that I am in the best place that I have ever been in and I am so happy ! Truly happy! Thank you, Lifestance. Charles Shivley is the BESTEST when I have my appointment with him I feel very happy and relieved because I know what as been laying on my chest I can let it all out.There's no judgment and he listen to me I mean I really can open up and his opinion really matters to me and he always tries to steer you the right way... Well enough i guess because I could talk all day.And please always remember its important to have someone to open up to. Im blessed. Thank you Charles.

My therapist Liz Turner is the best ever. She makes me feel like I am taken care of in thoughts word and deed of what I her patient stands in need of. I trust her and staff and will recommend to anyone I come in contact with that needs someone to talk with. I appreciate everything we talked about and I knew I could trust Liz telling her my story and more. It's not easy to do but you need to speak truth and be honest.

Dr. Thompson is amazing. She is very compassionate, understanding and truly listens, when most doctors won’t take the time. I have suffered with major depression and anxiety for the past 20 years. She is by far the best mental health doctor I have ever had. I’m so thankful to have her in my life. She has helped me in more ways than she will ever know! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved how easy the process seemed to go filling out forms as well as the online process, shoutout to the receptionist as well for making me feel understood and comfortable also thank you for helping figure who was best for me to see!
