My psychiatrist listens to me and is able to fit me in when needed. When we need to try something different, she is always up for it. A medical professional who is kind, responsible, open to ideas, and researchs constantly for their patients is always a 1 million out of 10 in my eyes. Ashleigh Gasparac is truly one of the best medical professionals I have had the pleasure of being a client of, and I am glad that I found her through Lifestance. Lifestance is also good about having a patient portal, telehealth and in person options, and has had pretty good customer service people so far. I hope to work in a good environment like that when I am a counselor.

I am very grateful to the amazing group of people at Lifestance Health. Not only has my current Therapist been supportive, helpful and mentoring for my mental health and wellbeing, over the years, but the whole team down to the schedulers, have made my experience smooth and easy. The patient portal also allows for easy access to my appointments, billing, even getting a message to anyone on the team. It’s so important to nurture our mental health, and I’m grateful I have an awesome place to do that.

Charles Shivley is the BESTEST when I have my appointment with him I feel very happy and relieved because I know what as been laying on my chest I can let it all out.There's no judgment and he listen to me I mean I really can open up and his opinion really matters to me and he always tries to steer you the right way... Well enough i guess because I could talk all day.And please always remember its important to have someone to open up to. Im blessed. Thank you Charles.

THE APRN I was lucky to have see. Patricia BROUGHTON she was absolutely fabulous. She listened to my issues and understood me completely and most importantly she cared. I would give anything to live in Lexington and be able to see her (I’m 115miles one way).I have had treatment since 7yr old I would honestly say she is the best I have seen. She cared about my worries and concerns and understood exactly what I was saying. Lexington people your lucky!!!

My therapist Liz Turner is the best ever. She makes me feel like I am taken care of in thoughts word and deed of what I her patient stands in need of. I trust her and staff and will recommend to anyone I come in contact with that needs someone to talk with. I appreciate everything we talked about and I knew I could trust Liz telling her my story and more. It's not easy to do but you need to speak truth and be honest.
