Jennifer Waugh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Kentucky who has been practicing since 2018. As a combat veteran, Jennifer has experience in working with service members and their families as they navigate the struggles of reintegration and adapting to an ever-changing world and readjusting to functioning as part of a family structure. She is passionate about helping families and individuals through the complexities of addiction and significant mental health conditions by utilizing a strengths-based approach. Jennifer believes that when approaching issues that impact the daily lives of people, we must look at these things from the perspective of what happened to them instead of what is wrong with them. She is also experienced in the difficulties and complexities of blended families for both marriage/divorce as well as foster/adoption. Jennifer is able to help families navigate the family life cycle and the changes that come with it.

Jennifer spends her free time with her husband and their 9 children. They enjoy traveling, hiking, camping, and anything outdoors. Her personal hobbies include baking, cooking, and sewing. She serves her community regularly through volunteer work through several veteran’s service organizations and within the recovery community.
