Required to fill out duplicate info in files when checking in. Other info on feelings are not seen by therapist since filled out right before session. This info discussed with therapist during session if needed.

Mia is great. I feel like she really gets me. She is very laid back and easy to talk to. When I'm full panic mode she is awesome about getting me back to a calm frame of mind. I am grateful for that.
