Jennifer Colvin-Hadraoui, LMSW, is a compassionate and skilled therapist who helps clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy and respect for each individual’s unique story. At LifeStance Health, she works with adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families, creating a safe, collaborative space for healing and growth.

Jennifer supports clients facing anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also provides family and couples therapy, focusing on strengthening communication, resolving conflict, and fostering meaningful connection. When appropriate, she incorporates psychological testing as part of a comprehensive care plan.

Her commitment to healing and emotional wellbeing is deeply rooted in her family history. Jennifer is the granddaughter of civil rights pioneer Claudette Colvin, whose courageous role in the Civil Right’s Movement is honored in exhibits and features at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC, and the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago.

Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends—bringing the same warmth and curiosity into her practice that she values in everyday life.
