Jessica Goff helps children, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Maine manage complex mental health challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each stage of life. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. Jessica creates a supportive therapeutic environment where patients can build resilience, improve coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

Jessica is especially passionate about treating trauma and substance use disorders. She understands how deeply these experiences can affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, daily functioning, and physical health, and she works collaboratively with patients to support healing in a safe and nonjudgmental space. In addition to trauma-focused care, she has experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, while also offering care for a variety of additional mental health concerns.

Her therapeutic approach is flexible, person-centered, and grounded in proven clinical methods. Jessica incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, along with additional evidence-based interventions, to help patients process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier thought and behavior patterns. She has experience supporting diverse populations, including military veterans, first responders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those connected to adoption or foster care systems.

Jessica believes therapy should meet each patient where they are, whether they are seeking support for school avoidance, grief, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or challenges related to aging and later-life transitions. Her clinical style emphasizes collaboration, trust, and practical strategies that patients can apply in everyday life.

She earned her education from the University of New England and the University of Maine Machias. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2017, Jessica has remained committed to helping patients feel empowered, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with family, activities that help her stay grounded and connected outside of the therapy setting.

Jessica serves patients across Maine through LifeStance Health.
