Alison Bollman is a licensed graduate social worker in the state of Minnesota, practicing since 2020. She completed her Master of Social Work Degree in Clinical Mental Health at the University of Minnesota and has gained valuable experience providing individual and family therapy in community-based, school, and clinical settings.

Ali approaches therapy with a holistic, collaborative, and person-centered focus, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness. She is dedicated to helping clients explore how past experiences shape their present lives, their relationships with themselves and others, and the beliefs that may no longer serve them.

One of Ali’s core beliefs is that the therapeutic alliance is fundamental to the healing process. She works to build a trusting, warm, and open environment in which clients feel comfortable and supported. She welcomes and affirms all individuals, their experiences, and their identities, and strives to help clients access their most powerful, unique, and authentic selves.

Ali has experience working with a range of issues, including anxiety, life transitions, stress reduction, relational stressors, autism, life challenges, depression, identity exploration, self-esteem, communication, and conflict resolution.

Regardless of where a client is starting from, Ali is committed to meeting them where they are and supporting them on their journey.
