About Nicole Estelle Wiley (She/Her)

Nicole Wiley, LICSW, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills for overcoming emotional and behavioral challenges while creating meaningful, lasting change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to patients throughout Minnesota. Nicole works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, helping them better understand their experiences, strengthen resilience, and achieve their personal goals. She also offers support for a wide range of additional mental health concerns and life transitions. A significant focus of Nicole’s practice is helping individuals and families affected by alcohol and drug use issues. She is passionate about supporting patients as they navigate recovery, address underlying emotional concerns, strengthen coping strategies, and rebuild healthier relationships with themselves and others. Nicole approaches treatment with empathy, accountability, and a belief in each person’s ability to grow and heal. Nicole tailors treatment to the unique needs of each patient, drawing from proven interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. She also provides psychological testing and incorporates other therapeutic services when appropriate. Her extensive experience allows her to work effectively with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings. She earned her education from Case Western Reserve University and Alabama State University. Throughout her career, Nicole has remained committed to providing high-quality mental health care that is both clinically effective and centered on the individual needs of each patient. Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys writing books with her daughter and spending time with music. These creative pursuits reflect her appreciation for connection, self-expression, and lifelong learning.
