The building is beautifully designed, the office is very tranquil. The front desk person very friendly and approachable. The doctor I saw (Dr. Dolma) was phenomenal and easy to talk to. Make sure you arrive for appointments early though*, parking was a little confusing for me to navigate the first time (And rather full). * I ended up arriving a couple of minutes late due to the parking lot being full and was very graciously accommodated. Dr. Dolma even extended her time to offer space that was needed to answer all my questions and end the session on a good note. Highly recommend.

I have had a really good experience with my therapist Dr. Carl. I have met with him a few times now and we have had some really good sessions. He is passionate about his job, and equipped with alot of experience and knowledge. I look forward seeing him instead of being terrified. The first in person session I had I was shaking waking to go back. He was able to calm me down without even trying. I definitely recommend this place and this therapist!

Things have been rocky when it comes to a Psychiatrist as one left and I have no idea what happened with the second one. Quickly too. My new Psych seems very nice, kind, and put together. Organized. I'll continue to trust LifeStance as the portal is great locations are great and the new Psych seems great! There aren't very many quality mental health clinics around right now unfortunately... Faith is phenomenal. She is supportive, empathetic and concerned, which makes me feel heard, understood and supported. I can't thank God enough for putting her in my life at a time when I needed someone to be there for me and help me figure out how to deal with the many uncontrollable issues going on in my life. The other staff I have dealt with are helpful and friendly.

First visit. Setup was confusing but when is it not. Dr. Tsering Dolma was great she listened to me and understood my crazy. I think she is a great fit from for me. I look forward to our next appointments. I gave 4 because I think I annoyed the receptionist because she hung up or we got disconnected but no return call back. I would recommend.
