Joslin Goss, LCMHC

Joslin Goss, LCMHC, provides a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic space for individuals throughout New Hampshire who are seeking support for mental health challenges. She works closely with adults and seniors, helping those who are feeling overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, or intense emotions. Using evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Joslin tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. Her goal is to help clients build the skills necessary to manage emotional distress while guiding them toward discovering fulfillment and meaning in their lives.

Joslin is particularly passionate about working with clients who are navigating relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and anger management. She has extensive experience in treating Borderline Personality Disorder and helping individuals struggling with PTSD and trauma. Joslin understands how deeply these issues can impact a person’s life, and she is dedicated to supporting her clients as they build resilience, improve self-awareness, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Her approach is centered on fostering development and creating a collaborative relationship with her clients, helping them find the tools they need to combat their struggles.

In her therapeutic practice, Joslin also serves diverse populations, including first responders, the LGBTQ+ community, men, and women. She brings mindfulness-based practices into her sessions, integrating stress-reduction techniques that allow her clients to stay grounded while working through difficult emotions. Joslin’s therapeutic approach is holistic, focusing not only on reducing symptoms but also on helping her clients discover what brings them joy and purpose.

When not practicing, Joslin enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid lover of the outdoors and can often be found hiking, swimming, or snowboarding in the beautiful natural surroundings of New Hampshire. Recently, she has also developed a passion for cooking and baking, which she finds to be a mindful and rewarding activity. Joslin is honored to serve the community and looks forward to helping individuals lead more meaningful and balanced lives.
